I am a HUGE FAN of Japanese scooters and I was so happy to find this little video with a bit more information. I am worried for the people of Japan and I admire their creativity when it comes to their vehicles. If I could rock out my Blue Dragon Japanese style I would...but $31,000.00 is a bit steep for me!

Yowza! Talk about pimpin' a ride!! I was waiting to see a fridge on one of 'em or a sushi bar--incredible! I wonder how safe it is to be that low to the ground though, I can imagine if you hit a pothole or something you would mess up the scooter and yourself.
